can't sleep

    hurt my back , sent off referal to see specialist etc

    but for the life of me i can't even turn over in bed the pain is bad

    on top of that , when u cough or sneeze it fecking kills me

    im on tylex 2 x 4 times a day and ibuprofen 3 times a day , and theyre only taking edge off pain

    can't sleep arrrrrrrrrgh
