What was Seans problem with Sinead? She went with him, full of fun and not getting drunk all over the place.

I agree, I'd love a night out with her!

Corrie on Sunday from 7.00-8.00 pm instead of Monday, seems the Royal Variety thingy is on Monday night on UTV.

After that it's the usual hours Wednesday and Friday.

Just another reminder, Corrie tonight at 7!

Sean has become a bit of a pain, IMO. I used to like him. Now I wouldn't notice / care if he left altogether.

Really wish Coronation Street was on each Sunday, the only day I have time to watch it.

Sean might have Emily as a love rival.

It will be interesting to see her reaction to the new vicar.

It was nice having Corrie on a Sunday night again. Would like them to bring it back full time. Not much on tv on Sunday nights.

That;s more than a tad harsh, she looks very well imo.
Not on Carla's level of course but very very few are.

This irritates me. If you live here (or the UK) then adapt to the culture. If not then feck off back where you came from.

She's a graduate. He's a casual labourer with a child and a criminal past. I think if he was blue with red spots her father would have an issue.

Isn't his girlfriend an ex-prostitute............. Its such a shambolic story! The girl is an adult. she can do what she wants. They do not portray themselves as strict muslims on screen. (ps not looking for a race/religion discussion. I just think the story is badly done)

Wish they would get rid of that Indian family :-( I can't stand watching them, usually just fast forward them.

I may be really showing my ignorance, but if I am not wrong kal and his family are muslims? Does that religion celebrate christmas?

I presume they are celebrating it as a cultural thing. Dev is Hindu, and he and his kids celebrate it too.

    As do many atheists...

Yeah, he was really rude! She reminded me of Raquel - remember her! - from years ago, with the hairdo and the ditsy-ness!

Kylie is ridiculously obviously heavily pregnant. It showed so much in the dressing gown when she turned sideways.

Did David ever legally adopt Max?

    I thought he did

Surely David is a better parent to Max than his druggie birth mum (who tried to sell him in the past) and drug dealer birth dad Callum

I hope David gets to keep Max and Lily and gets a new love interest, he would have been good with Alya or Steph

Had a bad feeling that the Kylie storyline would be the one taking up airspace for Christmas. Not impressed.

The Steve/Michelle story is going to be a tough one. For some reason I just want Steve to let it all out & get the help he deserves. Looks like we're in for more misery with him from that Xmas promo clip. Very relatable issue too.

We need more of Tim & Sally antics, something to top off the sofa incident & someone please get Steph off the show, she adds nothing for me and just leaves me frustrated the things she comes out with!

absolutely shocking how bad its gone. its just so static. two bloody storylines there and neither of them edge of seat stuff. i do like Kylie, david and Steve though as characters. id love a dramatic story for someone like Norris or Tim. hope the latter gets more airtime

I thought David's acting listening to Kylie and especially when he shouted at Gail about did she really want the kids to see what was happening was very good. He's like Steve - has grown up on the programme and both of them have turned into good actors.

Well Steve's depression and Kylie's addiction problem are two serious enough storylines. Then less serious but still not too jolly are Todd's facial scarring and Tim's illiteracy. For light relief we have Kevin's budding romance and Dev's menage a trois with Julie and Mary. Then for the outright bonkers there is Sean's pursuit of the vicar, and the upcoming nuptials between Beth and Kirk. More than enough going on if you ask me, and a good mix.

Agreed. I admit I am looking forward to Kylie being gone, I just can't feel sympathy for her. Poor Steve, I think he is playing that part so well. I hope they don't reunite him with Michelle, they just don't suit one another, IMO.

I think David is quite funny in the scenes with Michael, or Mikey Boy as he calls him. (Am picturing the moaning already when Michael discovers Gavin is not his son).

I think the Dev/ Julie/Mary story will provide plenty of entertainment and Beth and Kirky's wedding will be good fun. I love Tim and Sally together, long may that relationship last, even if they have to return the fancy sofa to it's rightful owner :D.
