05 volvo s40 key

Hi i broke the key for my s40 and i brought it to a guy called the key doctor and he said the transponder is broken and volvo is the only key he cant do.The main dealer wants 300 euro and for me to bring my car which i cant start an hour and half journey to their garage.Anyone know any company that programme a key for me…
