Could the welbinator not save the day?

Not today from the position he currently occupies. Today he's out wide on the wing, that far wide he is actually sitting on the bench watching the game.

Excellent stuff so from agent Danny, his love for utd and the tales of lovely Dave and the handsome jaun are clearly affecting arsenal.

On a bus to Dublin and they have the sky sports app blocked

It was 4-0 to Stoke. My stream was down for about 5 minutes and when it came back it was 3-2.

Arsenal down to 10 men now.

United might just stay up yet this season!

Not bad for such a mediocre team.

Chelsea, Pool, Spurs and Arsenal all dropping points. Awesome.

Really need Everton to do us a job now, and really does make the game on Monday a must-win.

Everton get points from City and we lose or draw Monday.

    Watch.

After these kinda results it always makes me nervous when we don't play on the same day.

Hope the team is up for the nex 2 games.

    I love Stoke. Determined non-bottlers.

    What a weekend.

What a great set of results for us so far today. Regardless of how city gets on, Monday's game is massive now. A win there will put us in great position to definitely get top 4 and then look at mounting a title challenge.

Win our next 2 games and top 4 will look very cosey

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,858 ✭✭✭Manutd_4life

We need to win our game so badly now. LVG will be determined now after all these slip ups. This is why the EPL is the best league in the world.

Those 2 monumental **** ups in the Leicester and WBA games really make us look way worse than we are and are affecting perceptions

We don't, that's the thing. Today's results afford us the possibility of an unpunished slip (ha!) up.

If we win on Monday, I think it will go a long way to showing that we can be ruthless.

It's a pretty great league really.

I can imagine LVG is smelling blood, I don't think anyone really expects the team to win the league but I have no doubt Van Gaal thinks HE can win the league. This is where the experience both tactically and mentally separates him from so many other managers in the league. It's what we want from a United manager and I'm sure he'd take a scrappy 1-0 on Monday and then he'll start talking about that infamous momentum.

One game at a time and all that, but I hope Liverpool start next weekend with Lambert up front on his own, or better yet, drop Lucas for Gerrard, lol.

    Agüero looks in trouble...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,547 ✭✭✭Your Airbag

Augero injured in the 2min by the looks of it. He's been subbed.

This weekend just keeps improving. Everton to get a result now hopefully.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 552 ✭✭✭RichFTW

Schneiderlin is out for Southampton so I think that will have a huge impact on the result. They won't be as solid at the back as they have been all season and we have more than enough attacking talent to break them down even without Di Maria.

Any reason people want an Everton win? Getting top 4 is the priority and Everton will be competing for 4th.

If we beat Southampton they'll still be a few points behind us and we'll be right up there in 3rd.

City will be the harder team to topple as we move upwards. Everton will drop more points.

If we're competing for top 4 and hanging round outside it, then Everton are the bigger danger.

If we're competing for 2nd or 3rd, City are the bigger threat....

Call me deluded all you want and probably premature in saying this but we are a shoe in for 3rd or 4th.
Man city and Chelsea are our real rivals and always should be.

Any man utd team who has spent 150 million and dosent rely on tc23 and ando in midfield should not be worrying about Everton or scraping into top 4.

Your not deluded at all but i don't think we can win the title so i don't really care if we finish 2nd, 3rd or 4th. I am optimistic we can get 2nd but for now i would rather we get a decent lead on Spurs, Liverpool and Everton than worry about passing City.
