I have, didn't like it all that much, the head dissipated rater quickly when I poured it into a pint glass and it went stale fairly fast too.

    Beer but prefer lagers

Are ale and lagers similar in taste?

There is this butcher where my Nan lives. It does the best pork chops. The butcher has this special way of marinating them and it's delicious. That, with chips and broccoli, amazing!

    What's your weirdest habit?

I am your Nan's butcher and you really don't want to know my bad habits but it's part of the marinating process!

How do you like your pork chops?

LIAR! Lol. I prefer to fry them. Add a generous dollop of oil to the pain, heat it up, season the pork chops with some salt and pepper (even if they are marinated), throw them on, 3-4 minutes on both sides and done! I like them just cooked, not overdone!

If you had to choose between a month of eternal darkness, but warm dry weather or a month of light, with occasional sunny spells but most wet and cold, what would you choose?
