problem sending emails

hi everyone, hoping someone can help. Up to recently we had eircom broadband for our pc but we recently changed to sky wifi. We used to send and receive our emails in outlook and it worked perfectly. But since we changed to sky we can only receive emails in outlook but not send them. I have changed the outgoing mail to the sky outgoing mail server and left the incoming with eircom's. However we can still not send emails. Does anyone know why it still wont work or have any idea how to fix this. Thanks

Make sure SSL is enabled in the Advanced tab, here is the Sky guide.

I have tried everything that sky said to do in the help but it still isn't working, don't know what else I can do

What happens if you leav both the inbound and outbound POP servers as Eircom's? Does it still work then?

No i can receive them but I cant send them. It bounces back and i get an error message

In http://help.sky.com/articles/get-emails-on-your-windows-desktop-client?country=ie there's a section "Click More Settings." Have you chosen the port number - 465 ?

What is the error message?
