Tablet (from what I can see after a quick Google) wouldn't be great insofar as while 32GB is enough for Win 8, you'll definitely need a MicroSD as well. More importantly though, it only has 1GB RAM which I'd consider not enough.

Lumia 530 is an ok but entry level phone
