Wordpress' Jetpack does it, but you end up with a load of other stuff you might not want ..

Those plugins are mostly trash, and it's easy to write one yourself. Here is a simple one I wrote. The CSS and placement are both left as exercises for the reader.

WPSocialite uses lazy loading so the inclusion of the social sharing buttons doesn't affect the page loading speed of the website. Jetpack is overkill if you just want to add social sharing.
