    I'm thinking that
    The Ascension debut to cost Dean Ambrose his match with Wyatt. We think this is the big twist in this match and it's kind of poetic with Ambrose himself having debuted in a 3-on-1 attack at Survivor Series. Afterwards the three of them are beating on Ambrose when the lights go off and Sting appears in the ring with the bat. Bray freaks out like Sting is his kryptonite. The two are on a collision course for some kind of match for Mania.

    Would be the best way to use him.

    The announcement on Smackdown was unnecessary.

    Makes people think only one outcome is possible and even if they swerve us we immediately go into thinking they would all be rehired in quick time by Vince/board of directors

    100% agree

    was unsure about the result of the main event until that. Hell I may be 100% wrong but since that announcement I have actually lost my interest as, as you say it is now expected to be either a team Cena win or a team Authorithy win where team Cena are almost immediately all rehired cos tbh which faces would be left for them to have a show around except for them.


    Ambrose and the returning Orton would be hellla busy! even Zack Ryder is currently injured

    When they do double stips like this it's usually a sure sign that a Dusty Finish is coming up.

    Not announcing it might create the idea of "you never know whats going to happen on a WWE ppv" as opposed to "dont worry about it - if something big is going to happen, we'll let you know in advance"

    of course, surely a man they've been trying to get for years would make a surprise appearance at say
    Royal Rumble
    or if hes gonna have a match, appear during a big segment on
    Raw

    .
