Could be a number of things, i take it the boiler was commissioned by plumber first?

E is pump isolation valve (heating pump)
    5 is flow switch

    Id start with them first

Error 5 - Burner is in lockout
Reset the control on panel with a pen tip,For error E05 burner lockout before resetting the reset button on the control panel press the reset button on the burner first, insert the tip of the pen into the reset button on the panel on control panel and hold untill error clears
