Is this the man utd thread or Liverpool?

Why do you think he meant it?

He clearly has eyes for the ball and he doesn't move his arm until after Allen runs in to it, Allen is already going down at that point having hurt himself.

You say he definitely meant it, have you anything to back this up other then those videos of incidents that did not happen tonight which doesn't actually prove anything to do with what happened in the match tonight at all?

Showing the previous incidents shows the type of player he is. He tried to hit him again with his hand. He is always thowing around his elbow. No apology or to see if Allen was ok. Allen 2 minutes before had tackled Fellaini & Fellaini was imo looking to get him back.

Fair enough, your entitled to the opinion, I disagree that you have shown anything other then your own interpretation though to back it up.

Fellaini doesn't move his elbow to initiate contact, he doesn't take his eyes off the ball. If he meant it, he is a ninja basically :)

Edit: To respond to your edit, the old incidents have nothing to do with what happened on the pitch tonight, they prove nothing and you know that.

He tries to hit him with his hand after hitting him with his elbow though. Old incidents mean he can't be given the benefit of the doubt & that there was no apology.

Just because he has his eyes on the ball doesn't been he can't see Allen coming.

Allen ran in to him, why would Fellaini have to apolgise to him?

We won't agree on the incident, even down to something simple like, you say Fellaini hit him with his elbow, I say clearly Allen ran into Fellaini without Fellaini moving an elbow toward him. Allen hits his forearms more then elbow really, but thats beside the point.

Fellaini did not throw an elbow at all, his arm is at his side, and he does not move it. Allen runs in to it so for me it is impossible to come to the conclusion that Fellaini elbowed him.

So if you like we can leave it there?

Your right, but since he didn't move his arm toward him or anything you would assume his intentions were on the ball and that Allens momentum took him in to Fellaini.

Here's the incident from another angle.

I think we can all agree, that it's pretty, pretty, pretty conclusive.

Well at least see if he was okay since he was bleeding. What he is doing with his hand after hitting Allen then?

Looking through the last few pages of both utds and this super thread perhaps the Belgium v Wales game should get its own thread instead of derailing two threads.

To be fair nobody knew Allen was gonna be assaulted.

I always run with my elbow like that. Perfectly natural position.

He just ran into him. A little like the way this guy did.

Tough work, defending a Fellaini elbow, fair play.

Referees need to be clamping down on Fellaini at this stage. Last night was another straight red card he has gotten away with once again. It's getting ridiculous now.

Would be very surprised to see him leave...Inter can be a bit of a graveyard.

He's probably pretty popular over there after 2005

I presume Mr Alan is in hibernation until the next opportunity to hop on the bandwagon when we lose or something goes wrong

On International breaks my focus turns towards Ireland matters anyway.

I heard Joe Allen was murdered yesterday. Any idea if he'll be out for the Palace game?

He probably done a hamstring and ligaments in his ankle after getting an elbow to his face.
