So what Tracy wanted Peter to stay in jail so Rob can stay out

Tim was funny in the pub to Kevin, I don't know why Sally is annoyed, it could be anything from forgetting her birthday to leaving the toilet seat up:D

Did Beth win the lotto, she was buying Tracy a bottle of wine in the pub

It is a shame Carla miscarried, be good to see her with a little Peter Jnr, she was great with Si tonight

Tim is turning into one of the best characters in the programme. Himself and Sally are brilliant, as is his interaction with Kev.

Agree re Carla and Si, she is brilliant. When Peter called her, as she walked away from the bench, and she paused, and turned, it was very realistic, I thought. Her face showed her sadness at how everything turned out.
I think Tracy's lines are ridiculous at times, I wish it was her who went off to join panto, instead of Peter and Rob.

I'm glad we have a break at the moment from Michael and his heart...:D
I'm afraid that Kal and his family will take centre stage now. On second thoughts, let's have Michael and his heart... Anything but Yasmeen and the community centre / butcher shop and that young fellow with his sulky head. Boring stuff.

That Z fella reminds me of a ken doll I had, it was a ken that you could "shave", and it "grew" back

    Same facial hair

I have said it before as have many but im starting to question myself with regard the person Todd is , was etc. His character has been altered from a charmin nice guy whos problem was he had too much empathy to a careless, cheeky lazy pain in the b*tt to a panto villain to a malevolent hateful troublemaker to a self pitying vain depressive??!

I wonder has anyone questioned the writers about this?

We've never been told what happened in 'that London' between when he went off with posh Jools and came back after scamming nice Alex.
No doubt we will find out at some stage why he changed.

I doubt we will or more relevantly i doubt they ever intend to. They essentially introduced a nrw character. I actually think Bruno Langley does a great job and id enjoy the character if i didnt find it so annoyingly ridiculous how he has completely changed.

Now Tracey leaves the Rovers muttering threats of revenge against Carla. Now what's she going to do, burn down the foundation garments factory? Haven't we had enough of the ridiculous storylines for this tedious character?

    More than enough!

It was a close up of him looking in the mirror!

I know there was a close up of him looking in the mirror!! That scene was correct. The scar is on the left. It was rightly a left hand side scar in the reflection but later on in one scene when he was in the bed not looking in the mirror the scar was on the right side of his face.

Looking here and going by the writing on the poster, it seems the whole scene could've been a reflection so the scar is on the left side. I'd need to watch again. I was talking about the close up of the mirror scene.

They both look like they are on his left side to me because one photo is his reflection.

100% was no continuity error re the scar. Can we put this to bed unless someone has clear link to footage. I watched the show yesterday morninf as i missed it friday with the game and after reading these comments paused on every todd scene. There is a tiny scar under his right eye and a large bandaged one on his left. This never changed. Im confident of that

Will the writers ever set Mary up with a man? If They do the only one I can see them putting her with is Roy, unless they bring in a new cachacter.

Phew. I couldn't think who he was, in Corrie, and was afraid it was Tim. Owen is an okay character. There are lots I'd prefer to see leaving, but I guess if he wants to leave, that's different.
Just so long as they don't contrive some ridiculous plot to write him out like they did with Tina...

Mary and Norris...:D once Norris gets over the fact that she was called to give evidence at Peter's trial.

Not with Roy, she would wreck his head.

NOOOO. I love Tim and Sally. The actors click so well and are a brilliant double act.

Agreed. They are great together. I love Tim, and matching him with Sally and her little pretensions is one of the funniest things that has been done on Corrie in a long time.
The night she was telling him about how going to the parent-teacher meetings, for her girls, used to be a high point in her life, is just one example. I was laughing my head off.

His ex is coming into it so maybe he has an affair with her.

Is the Phelan storyline done? I thought Owen might get some payback and revenge

I wondered the same recently. It just seemed to fade away.

For feck sake, what's the big deal about Alya & Gary? Coz Gary's not muslum, has been in prison & has a kid?? Her dad can hardly object - he's going out with a woman who's not muslim, has had an abortion, had a raging cocaine habit, worked as a lap dancer & prostitute, burnt down her restaurant in an insurance scam, stole her friends' lottery winnings, had an affair with her boyfriend's dad & her ex-husband and has custody of her alcoholic ex-con ex husband's kid!!

And I'm probably forgetting loads of stuff! So really, not a leg to stand on there - Gary's a saint in comparison!

They really are doing the half-wit Gail thing to death. If it's supposed to be funny, it's not. Just cringeworthy.

I liked the bit when Sally and Tim were lying on the sofa, she had forgiven him and they patted each others arms:D
