Hi,

Does anyone know what is the timeframe that customs are holding an item after sending the proof of purchase as requested?

I got a letter on 14th oct, I emailed them at midday and got a reply minutes later saying the delivery date is expected to be 16th oct and it was.

Did you email them, did you get a reply?
