Broadband in Smithfield Market apartments

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows what the current situation is with broadband in the Smithfield Market apartments, as I'm thinking of moving there. I'm aware that at some point, there was some sort of Smart Telecom monopoly. Is that still in place? If not, are UPC or VSDL/FTTC services available? Otherwise, does anyone…

Otherwise, does anyone have any idea of real-world speeds and latencies achievable on the Smart Telecom product?

Did you move in in the end? Magnet and Imagine's websites suggest they can serve these apartments... need to phone them tomorrow as I'll be viewing an apt there tomorrow and would need decent BB to work from home.
