So, the question is what kind of bottles do you guys use for this, and where do you get them?...

Are there cheaper non-branded alternatives easily available somewhere I'm missing.
Oh, and is 250ml a reasonable size for a pressie, or would you go up to the 550ml?

I also have some Limoncello and Arancello brewing at the minute. I'll probably give people a bottle of both so I think the 250ml should be alright. Just enough to leave them wanting more :D

Alpac in Sandyford sell kilner bottles. Have a look at their website. You can get 40 250ml bottles for around €50. The also sell tall narrow cork top bottles that would be perfect for limoncello. They come in a 375ml size which is a happy balance between your two options.

I have started to crochet a blanket for my Mum (see attached, I'm not sure how I get them to show up?)

I'm not sure how big it will be. I'll just keep going until I run out of time!
It's her birthday in March so I will then make her 2 matching cushions (if she likes the blanket!)
This is lovely. The flower motifs would also be really nice for decorating hats or caps.

I'm making pomanders at the moment while listening to Christmas FM! They smell like Christmas to me, so between that and the nice crispy cold weather I'm starting to feel very festive :)

Have you any photos of them. Wondering if you are making them from oranges and cloves, or something else.

Yup, oranges and cloves! And then I dry them out in a mixture of spices. I don't have any pictures at the moment, and they're only in the initial stage anyway

I don't think they're broadcasting until the end of November, but there is music playing on their website and through the app

I'm making quilted kite bunting in baby-girl colours for my cousin who's having a baby girl in March. Was going to wait til baby was born, but I kinda figured she might like to be getting the baby's room ready after Christmas :)
