No longer able to connect to my VPN

So I'm using CyberGhost VPN and so far it's absolutely superb but up till today, it's no longer working as it can't connect at all. It says it "could not connect to CA-Certificate" and it suggested that the VPN could've been blocked by my ISP.

My ISP is HEAnet. Is there anyway I can look up to see if the ISP has blocked my VPN?

Heanet wholesale to educational facilities, your college could have blocked it.

Ok, if that's the case, is there anything I can do to alleviate that problem?

I had a look at CyberGhost's website and it seems to be a problem with the server as there's HTML tags all over the place so it could be them.
