    For. But we were already paying anyway, give me back what I was paying for water in all the other myriad taxes and I'm happy enough to have a water meter. This is not a water charge it's a bailout tax plain and simple.

    For or against bailout taxes?

    I love baking! I can bake lots of different things. Cupcakes, sponge cakes, fruit cakes, those buns with the pastry bottom jam
    In the middle and fluffy mix on top, apple crumbles, apple pies, cheesecakes, chocolate cakes.
