C Programming exam tomorrow badly need help!

Hi all, I have a exam in the morning on functions, basically you give the program 3 inputs of a calculation say input1+input2+input+3 and should give you a output would someone kindly look at my code if I pm'ed them, I have everything working except for a silly output syntax error.
