    Ah here I can see where you are coming from but all the same don't expect them to be PR experts. I doubt they meant any harm. Stick a camera in front of me and my first reaction would be to smile too.

    They together have probably seen enough sad images in their time.

    Any day they are not seeing those things is probably a day to smile.

    I blame the photographer, notice how they are lined up with an appliance in the foreground, the photogragher would have surely taken a few snaps and picked the best one.

    How many of us smile when someone says 'Cheese', I am just assuming of course.
