Long story short, I issued two credit notes for work I didn't get paid for. This left me with a negative sales vat amount.

How do you submit a negative sales vat amount on ROS?

Anybody any ideas for the numerically illiterate please!

You d'ont put minus numbers into Ros. Turnover will be entered as zero.
