Verbal and Written Warnings Info Needed!

    Hi guys

    In the instance of an employee getting a verbal warning does this have to be confirmed in writing by the employer?

    Also after a verbal warning has been issued how long do they remain valid before the disciplinary procedure starts again?

    Same with a written warning obviously you get this in writing but how long do they stay on your record before becoming invalid?

    Usually six months for both, you should be informed of a verbal warning, but it depends on your companies policy

    You can always do a request to your HR
