Just spent a frustrating few minutes on the phone there with UPC sales so I thought I would come here and ask the question. Does anyone just have their broadband service with UPC and how much does it cost?

I am just looking for this information on my parents behalf as they don't understand broadband and bundles all that sort of stuff.

With UPC you have to take either a "Broadband and Phone" or a "Broadband and TV" bundle. They don't do Broadband only packages anymore.

With the Broadband and Phone bundle you don't have to use the phone - you can keep the existing phoneline in place.

I have been on UPC broadband only for many years, however they charge you a standalone fee for just taking one service, so I was paying 39euro per month for 30MB broadband.

However, it seemed to make sense to get a bundle so have just ordered broadband (60MB) and phone for 30euro per month. Will see how it goes.
