Falcao looking less "essential" by the day.;)

Beautiful squad - Blackett not even in bench which means cork will come on for me with 8 points -

Think he banged in 3 (or 4) a recent reserve game. Would still be a shock to see Falcao dropped.

    Evo2000 won't be too happy :)

    I thought he was essential??

Good news is that Wisdom has regained his place for West Brom. Bit of a worry he'd be out in the cold after missing the last day

He was only out because he was playing against Liverpool, who he's on loan from.

This may well be the kind of game where Falcao comes on for 20 minutes and nets two goals.

I was thinking about bringing him in for Mannone this week

Utd could go 4 3 3 with adm playing further forward on the left of a front 3 which would have me review my transferring him out plans.

one of the reasons I did not get him in on wildcard which I was considering is he misses a fair few games each season

I have serious concerns for Evo overheating while hiding under all the blankets.

no doubt falcao will be v Chelsea. LVG prob feels he needs to give janu a couple of games.

16 from 5, feck everything. Maybe Falcao can save the week by scoring two hat tricks or something, I think it's more likely that he'll be sent off...

    Close enough.... :(

Costa (C), Falco (VC), No Aguero...its been another great week

Don't have Falcao but surprised he's been left out after getting off the mark last gameweek.

Is Falcao's omission due to getting back late from international duty or something?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,268 ✭✭✭IsMiseMyself

Echoing everyone else. Don't have him but surprised he's not starting. Maybe strained himself or something?

Possibly keeping him fresh for Chelsea at weekend?

LVG said he was back from internationals 2 days after RVP. Whether that's why it's what he said

I did know that lest anybody thinks I don't have my finger on the pulse:p

It's just that his replacement got good reviews, there was some doubt about whether or not Wisdom would come straight back into the team. I'm relieved he did, don't want to have to waste my transfers on the budget defenders

FFS reckoned he might have lost his place to Gamboa alright.

I like the way Ultimate deadline hasn't passed yet, can move captaincy away from Falcao! Still going to leave him in though in case he comes off the bench

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,262 ✭✭✭iroced

Wow shocking news to see Falcao on the bench ! I guess all Falcao owners have to pray WBA holds United square or even better get in front so that he's needed upfront.

Trying to be very positive I'll remind all of you that we've seen big points gotten in 10-20 min several times in FPL (have Aguero immediately in mind, supersub Wanyama scored twice this season, only when he came in for a late ~ 20 min cameo). Stranger things have happened ;).

No Falcao has ruined what could have been a great gameweek for me. Had Costa as captain, Falcao as vice. Rest of the team had done *pretty* ok. All for nowt now.
