changing OS from ubuntu to windows 7.

    I've just bought a new laptop and by mistake purchased one with ubuntu OS. I cannot return the machine.

    If I install windows 7 will everything work as it should ie. webcam, mic, hdmi outlets etc.

    The laptop is HP h6q17ea#abu

    You will need to go to the HP website and download and install the drivers after installing Windows

    I would download the drivers to a USB before installing Windows just in case the Windows media does not have the correct network drivers for your laptop.

    May I ask where got from as not often a laptop comes pre install with Linux.
