Eircom Issues

Is anyone else having the same issues as I am on Eircom? Loading a page seems a big ask. Ive had Two different long calls with broadband support A engineer out(new faceplate.outside wiring and something at the exchange) I used to hit top speed of 16 Mbps or around that,now I get this if im very lucky,went as low as 2Mbps…
