UPC technicolor modem phone working no internet

    Anyone seen this issue. Had my UPC technicolor modem switched off for a week while on holiday. When came back switched on and phone is working but no internet. Have tried Ethernet and wireless on multiple devices. iPhone laptop PC. All 4 lights are on everything appears good, logging on to router shows I'm connected. Devices connect to the modem no problem just can't get on internet. Have tried multiple resets on the phone to UPC technical help. Didn't fix. UPC technician is coming Monday. In the meantime anyone seen this issue and any ideas to try on modem before UPC come.

    replacement of modem fixed the issue. UPC engineer that came had never seen the issue before. Guess something had failed in the technicolor box
