You'll need to explain what you mean there, as there's no such thing.

If you mean broadband provider - UPC where available, there is no competition from phoneline based technology to coaxial. Otherwise, pretty much everyone offers the same product and hence speeds as Eircom so just compare on price and download cap. If you're out in the sticks and can't get wireline broadband its a local decision.
