    Are you asking about the software they use, where the candidate CV is parsed and stored so the recruitment agency can use it for their services?
    If so, have no idea.

    There are loads of different systems but broadbean is the software that integrates with jobs sites like monster. They have a list of partners which is the definitive list of providers in thenenglish speaking world.

    Some systems like "recruit so simple" have free trial and you can see how proxy recruiters do candidate matching.
