Mobile Wireless Dongle with wireless printer

    Hi i am just wondering will a wireless printer be able to work and communicate with my computer while using a wireless mobile broadband dongle

    i think you might be talking about two different types of 'wireless'.

    when you say dongle, i assume you mean a little stick that plugs into a usb port on your computer and allows you to get online?

    if so, that's not the same kind of wireless that your printer will use, but if it's relatively new printer it may have a "wifi direct" option if you don't have a wifi network at home to connect it to, so you can send stuff wirelessly to the printer. it may also have bluetooth depending on the printer model.

    what model of printer is it, or were you looking to buy one?

    Sorry for the poor explanation it's a 3 mobile hot spot which sends out a wireless signal allowing you connect your computer or phone to the internet. i was just wondering can a wireless printer work using one off these to print items wireless from the computer??
