Does the type of processor make a big difference in laptop?
Need laptop for browsing internet does it matter which processor it has?

Yes it makes the most difference. If browsing is all you need it for, then you'll be fine with a low tier processor. Aim for an i3, but if that exceeds your budget a pentium will do fine.
