    Yes once the player is flagged the threshold changes. Prevents players dropping dramatically in price after getting injured/suspended

    Yes. The threshold is increased i.e. they need more transfer out to frop. The flagging system generally prevents from rapid multiple drops.

    Yep, Ramsey dropped when yellow flagged (25% chance of playing) and was upgraded to red flag after the drop. Rooney was red flagged for 4 days before dropping, without the flag he probably would have dropped sooner
