Broadband in Cassagh New Ross

    Hi,

    I'm looking at moving to Cassagh in New Ross but have reservations with regards the broadband in this area. I believe my options are Eirecom for wired to the Ballinaboola exchange for a 7mb (up to connection) or Permanet for wireless.

    Does anyone live in a nearby area who can let me know what download or upload speeds they get?

    I'd be using the net for the usual stuff, surfing (Youtube etc), online games (PSN) and skyping folks.

    IF anyone can advise it would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance

    There are a few more options around that area see http://irelandoffline.org/map
    Enter Cassagh in the search box at the top right and then explore Wireless and phone options around you.

    I'll leave reports on what each provider is like to others...
