Why is it that I'm getting a feeling that Pelle v. Welbeck will be like Berbatov v. Fletcher. I have bad memories of going with Berbs, then Fletcher scoring well, then moving to Berbs and him promptly doing nothing much for a few weeks (or was that the other way around).

kmcattack I was happy enough for you to show off your app as it seemed to be free but since it is clear it also has a paid app, it is against boards rules to allow you to post.

Please feel free to discuss FPL here and become a member but I can't allow discussion of said app.

Does said rule also apply to pyramid schemes?

    Defensive dilemma this week

    Pieters (home to Newcastle)
    Van Aanholt (home to swansea)
    Wisdom (home to Burnley)
    Taylor (away to Sunderland)
    Duff (away to West Brom)

Logic would say pick the three defenders playing at home but unsure of West Brom's chances of keeping a CS and Burnley seem to be the in form defensive team, also its a toss up between PVA and Taylor as either of these teams has the potential to keep a CS in that fixture.

Any opinions on who to pick folks?

I'd go with the 3 home players in particular wisdom burnley haven't scored since the 10th min of GW 1.

You need to get a second striker into your team.
You need to get rid of Rooney first - with him in your team you will be effectively playing 3-6-1.

I wonder how many people that transferred in Ulloa will end up leaving him on the bench.

No, was going to but he was only likely to be a sub anyway.

Dunno why you'd bench a form player with great underlying stats on a not bad fixture.

I only have him for the price rises but will definitely be starting him. Hopefully he gets some kind of return to keep the wagon rolling to a 0.2 profit. :)

With Nasri being out for a month I think Navas @ 7.3 million could turn out to be great value. He'd be first choice generally for that position (as far as I know). I might be a bit biased since I'm a fairly big fan of his but still. Great differential opportunity especially if you want a City player.

Milner had a great game against Chelsea, was that a horses for courses scenario?

Does anyone know if we get a FT on international week?

Just did a draft with 9 mates there. Same team format as FPL, two goalies, five defenders etc. It's a head to head competition so anyone could win!

Managed to get Costa and Adebayor (and Benteke), but my mid isn't ideal (Lallana, Puncheon, Cazorla, Mané, Oscar). Heaton and Szezcney as goalies, Mert, Van Aanholt, Zabaleta, Phil Jones and Trippier as the defence.

With Drogba out it doesn't surprise me.

Jose is Jose and there is a chance Remy will start ahead of Costa. We will find out tomorrow.

So who to pick this weekend Clyne or Wilson? Clyne is a better player but Wilson has a higher chance of a clean sheet.

If I had to choose I'd go with Wilson on probability.

But I am hoping Saints can pull it off against post Europa Spurs too....

So should I start Welbeck or Schneiderlin this weekend?

It's difficult to look past Wenger's terrible record against Mourinho but I fear that as a Chelsea fan I'm thinking with my heart and underestimating Welbeck's chance to score... but maybe because I'm acutely aware of this bias, I may actually be overestimating Welbeck's ability.

Spurs are looking pretty toothless though...

Welbeck of course!!! Always the striker unless its a hard hitting midfielder.

That's what my head is telling me, but my heart is telling me that the mighty Chelsea will put 6 past them again with no reply!
