What would my esteemed Boardies think of:

Terry, Ramsey and Austin to Chambers, Di Maria and Welbeck for -4?

I'm bringing in Di Maria regardless and don't have the cash to to a straight swap for Ramsey.

Looks good. Still a little iffy on Welbeck but he's a better option than Austin and if he starts scoring, he's a great buy. I'd say Chelsea *might* keep a clean sheet but I'd imagine you'll be better off with ADM in the long-term.

As for me, I still have a FT left and am debating Falcao over Rooney. Should I? Shouldn't I? I certainly dunno. :o

Ye I'd go for it especially if Austin is a regular starter for you.

Thanks for the info. I'm now debating not bringing in ADM and upgrading Welbeck to Pelle!! I'm very confused tonight!!

If I was you I'd hold Rooney. He has the guaranteed game time and has a great record against the Hammers.

im starting to have second thoughts about Di Maria.. Ye has started brilliantly but Utd have some tricky fixtures ahead (Everton Chelsea City and Arsenal away in the next 5 i think)

Conversely, Ramsey (who many have ditched) has a good run of games ahead after next weeks chelsea game..

Honestly I'd be confident enough he'll get some returns against the bigger teams. Its not like any of the teams you mentioned have been brilliant defensively up to now anyway. He could soon be up to 10.0M and fitting him into your budget might become an issue. Got him in myself after last weekends games

I can't believe after all that I'm still contemplating aguero to pelle and upgrading siggy to Sanchez while my wc is active. Frontline of pelle ulloa and costa, is it madness? Mid of fab, sterling, Sanchez and Di maria if I go with it before bedtime.

I want to get Rooney out and I have 0.4m in the bank. Thoughts? I was thinking Pelle or Ulloa.

I'd keep him for this week if i still had him ........but pelle otherwise

Had two transfers so took out Mata for Fabregas and Dier for Duff...had 0.5, now have 0.8 in the bank. Keeping Rooney but tempted with Falcao. Maybe next gameweek

    Well well well...

    2 options.
    1. Keep Naismith for this week, bench him and play 4 at the back from Ivanovic (AVL h), Pieters (New h), Clyne (QPR h), Wisdom (Bur h) and Taylor (Sun a). I guess it'll be between Wisdom and Taylor for the bench spot.

    2. Get Ulloa for Naismith and Wilson for Pieters for a 4 pts hit. Can'ta fford the direct swap.
Krul/Elliot is a concern too but not sure a 4 pts hit is "required" here.

What you guys think? I'm more inclined towards option 1 at the moment. Have to mention I still have a FT to use so the double switch would cost me nothing next GW.

The way the defensive display of teams have been this season, I would probably only play 3 in defence and play Naismith. You have to play Ivan, otherwise no point having him, I'd nearly be inclinde to drop clyne, Newcastle's form is picking up a little, Cisse back in the team= goals

Not sure it's the best timing for that. Rooney seems to be guaranteed to play and Falcao is not yet outscoring him. He's more expensive and not rising very fast in price.

I'd normally do as you say. But Naismith has been a useless sub for the last 2 PL games. And my defenders have good fixtures on paper this week.

You mean Pieters then :p? Clyne is home to QPR ;).

Is Kolarov a good replacement for Johnny Evans?

Is Kolarov a good replacement for Johnny Evans?

When Zabaleta returns again, Kolarov could drop back to his traditional starting-every-second-game. Risky.

Think I'll bank my second transfer rather than replace Albrighton just yet

Have't been on here for 2 days, so apologies for asking something that's already been discussed. But Aguero fit for the weekend?

I'm strongly considering the same front three. I have Rooney instead of Pelle right now but considering the transfer.

As of now I think I'm managing to hold onto Ramsey despite the temptresses Sterling and Hazard's best alluring efforts. I'd be spending 4 or 8 points respectively too.

Also I'm lazy and the golfs on but still 2 hours to change my mind I guess :pac:

I took in Sterling for Ramsay for a -4 just two minutes ago. It felt good.;)

Stick or twist type situation for me. Myself and a rival have Rooney. Considering going to a Man City forward for the differential as they've none at all and due to Man City's goal scoring record. Put thinking it might be madness to transfer out a home player in a team scoring goals also. Despite Rooney playing deeper I can still see him picking up regular points.

Not at all, a good move as City have decent fixtures from now on.

Does anyone think its stupid to field a team but have all 4 subs injured? Im happy with the team i can put out and i was looking to make a double transfer next week but do ye think its to much of a gamble to have no back up if someone doesnt play...?

Wrong thread, but yes I do, make one of the transfers now so you have backup incase a team selection doesn't go your way
