    Our roommate decides he is moving out at the end of the month, our apartment is located at steamboat quay opposite the Clarion hotel, on the top floor. Clean, smoke free, no pets, 2 floors, 3 bedrooms and UPC (split between 3 so 15 euro each). Need a person to move in August/October as early as possible. Small deposit of 125 but can be organised for a later later date.

    I'm 21, studying in LIT and my roommate is a 26, currently not in college.

    We are musicians and gamers (pretty much sums us up in a nutshell) so if you have any of those interests we will get along very well.
