You could try Magico in Ennis they've been around for years. I've no idea what they charge though.

You could do a night class in Web Design with Clare VEC, it might be a cheaper option.

I can't think of any, but apart from MrsD's recommendation, you could try Acton Web. I'm not sure how much they will charge for it.
One piece of advice I will give you is make sure to question what "Maintenance" actually is. Shop around.
