Honey - recipes please

Just spent the weekend taking honey from our hives and jarring it. I would like some recipes that use honey - preferably recipes that would not be baked/cooked as heat destroys some of the good qualities of the honey. any ideas welcome, thanks.

Grill some goats cheese on ciabatta, sprinkle with crushed pistacio nuts and drizzle with honey. Yum!
