Eating an apple in a library, and other bad manners

    I am sitting in a quiet library, and close to me, a fool is loudly devouring an apple.

    He started with long, loud, luxurious crunches, but as he approaches its core, has taken to rapid gnawing, like a furious rat.

    The rudeness of this guy. All around, people are concentratedly attempting to work. You could hear a penny drop until this tool started disrupting people.

    It seems too petty to intervene, but jesus is it irritating. What would AH do?

    Jesus I hate the sound of people eating apples, especially on the bus or train. "Ker-crunch! chomp, slurp, slurp, slurp. Ker-crunch! chomp, slurp, slurp" I find it to be a form of ignorance, just like lighting up and smoking in a packed bus stop.

    I was in the library yesterday and there was a gut having a loud conversation with someone on skype. He was making no attempt to whisper. That was annoying.

    Guy walks into a library and goes up to the counter and says to the lady...

    "Can I have a burger and chips please and a can of coke"?

    The lady behind the counter tells him that he is in a library!!

    The guy apologises and whispers to her..."Can I have a burger and chips please and a can of coke"?

    Used to drive me mad in college coming up to exams, be flat out in the library under serious pressure, and some hoohah beside you would start having a picnic and you know when someone's trying to be quiet but it makes them louder? Ugh.

    you should then have eaten a banana while making eye contact with the apple eater,it is not as kinky as it sounds but it should get results one way or the other,(you may get a reputation around town but it might pay off if you are that way inclined)
