Mid 90's i used to hear a tune on Club Fm and other dance pirate stations , sampling the lyrics from this old record by Toney Lee

I just remember 'everybody reach, reach to the top everybody reach dont stop dont stop'' and every now and then a girl saying ''come on'' over the other lyrics...

Was a very piano-ish housey club classic . I thought Jason Dee did it but i am probably just mixing up names...

So the lyrics are sampled from this if it rings a bell ( again think club fm mid 1990's )

okay so i have actually managed to find this beast of a remix, it is indeed an Irish production and if im correct i would of heard it in 'Alien' in Columbia Mills Sir John Rogersons Quay Dublin .... BEAST!!

That's actually not Gallow Tree. I have that record and think Gallow Tree is the best track on it, but for some reason all the videos of it on YouTube have the name but not the actual track. For years I've been saying that I'd put the right track up on YT but never get around to it.
