    I expect this game to be over after 30 minutes. Liverpool will fly out of the blocks and the crowd will spur them on, which means goals and lots of them.

    Or a narrow 1-0 loss.

    I think for the diamond to be effective, you need Sturridge up there with Balotelli.

    So I would imagine it will be 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3.

    It's the lack of toughness in midfield that's the problem with that team I reckon. It shouldn't be a problem tonight but I think not having another workhorse like Allen available and needing to put Coutinho in alongside two more attacking mids leaves us exposed against well organised sides (like Villa). To use a bit of a cliché, the balance is off. Probably the best available at the moment though and should be functional enough.
