Speaking Irish on break time?

I always wondered, do teachers in Irish schools speak English or Irish to their co-teachers during break time?

I'm just curious. I remember as a student, we used to speak English to one another on break time, without the supervision of a teacher. It must become frustrating for a teacher having to speak Irish all day long to his/her students and then have to speak once again to their co-workers during break time.

Any Irish teachers out there teaching in an Irish school?

    Why would it be frustrating?

I went to an Irish school, we spoke Irish at lunch time. I'd imagine the teachers did the same thing.
