 I think if I did some 3x2k or 5x1k at a good pace it may improve my 5k times. I am just trying to get an idea of top end speed using the shorter races in the hope to develop/bring over to the longer stuff. I wouldn't be thinking of a 16 min 5k more like 13 minute.

 I felt I had found my home after being lost all my life. The purpose of the session was just to get used to the feel of the track and the spikes. Very strong session and really enjoyed it.
