This was a delivery flight and the "wobbler" was an intentional wing wave.
Does look pretty stall like at approx 16-18 secs in. Pretty low for a wing wave too. However is this just our perception and in fact the aircraft may have been fine? Would be interesting to see the same take-off from a side view.
