can anyone help with symptoms please...

Just wondering if anyone else has had these symptoms.. I am late about 2 weeks, last time I had period would of been around mid-july cant remember exact date but I know I haven't had one in a while.. I've also been getting bad heartburn and nausea, just a tiny bit but can taste it a bit in my mouth (sorry tmi) and in the last 2 days when I have a smoke I feel very dizzy or my mind goes disorientated if that makes sense, my back also hurts a little bit.. I also keep getting the shivers im cold on inside, but have temp on my forehead.. I also notice my wee smells stronger then normal too and I seem to want certain foods at certain times! thanks
