Technically it shouldn't be until the 29th at the earliest. The rules of the boards leagues say that it has to be after all the preseason games.

Right going to set a deadline of tomorrow night at 10 (Saying it's ruled out by boards rules anyway), last few votes will be decisive as its neck and neck between 4 times at the minute lol

My bad, was thinking I was still in Division 6 was looking at their draft time. I'm good either day.
