Some users/Mods in bold - why?

Below each Forum is a list of users on the forum and to the right of this the Mods concerned. Some members are in bold and some Mods are not - what is the significance?

The members in bold are mods. Some mods change their usergroup to the subscriber group, so it doesn't appear in bold despite them still being mods.
