Windows 8.1

Hi all a quick question i'm building a new Pc and want to upgrade my Windows 7 os with windows 8.1 this is what i'm getting Windows 8.1 64Bit Eng Intl(SB-Version) DVD. It costs €86 from a german company. Is there a cheaper deal elsewhere or is that good value? Thanks.

€86 is pretty good, averaging between €100-€120 everywhere else I've seen

Microsoft Windows 8.1 - 64bit is only €88.42 on Dabs Ireland, Pro is €133.24
