Can you change your doctor

I've been il for the last few days and I'm looking to go to a new gp my old gp has moved location making it harder to get to. Also if I go into a new gp can I get medication the same day

Yes, you can change doctors, just walk into one
Most should give "medication" out on a first visit! Unless you seem odd to them!
