First Tattoo - where to go?

    Hi All,
    I'm planning on getting my first tattoo soon - a black heart & arrow style design with some detail & shading. I want it on my inner wrist and small-ish. I was wondering where would be the best place to get this type of tattoo done in Limerick or Ennis region?
    All advice gratefully received!!
