cant get rteplayer on laptop

    I recently got a new (new to me) laptop. I can get Rteplayer XL and TV3 player but I cant get rteplayer. Any advice would be welcome

    What happens when you try? Operating system? Browser?

    I am using Windows 7 Home premium. When I click on RTE player I get the home page. If I click on the latest program ( currently Saturday night with Miriam) it plays. However if I select program the videoscreen goes black. The program details are still on the bottom.

    Off the top of my head, maybe update Flash Player.
